Whole beans 30% Arabica, 70% Robusta
The combination of Arabica and Robusta from the continents of Africa, Asia and America results in an espresso coffee with medium acidity and an incomparable crema with a velvety, full-bodied, round body. This coffee blend is typical of the Iberian Peninsula. The taste is tailored to the Portuguese and Spanish coffee soul and, in addition to espresso, is best suited for an "everyday coffee" with a high crema content or coffee blends. The espresso beans are excellent for fully automatic coffee machines as well as for portafilter machines.
TIP
Caffè Crema refers to a large cup of coffee prepared using the espresso method and is the equivalent of German filter coffee. It is usually served black without milk but with crema. The term crème is used because liquid cream (French: crème) is often added to this coffee. Another difference lies in the roasting. The beans for a Caffè Crema are usually roasted lighter than the beans for espresso. The Caffecel Turquesa is therefore ideal for an "every day coffee"
