Important questions about our workshop service!
1. How much does it cost to repair a coffee machine or grinder?
Water is running out of the portafilter machine, the coffee is too cold or the grinding process of your coffee grinder is no longer correct?
In addition to the amounts stated on our product page, additional costs may arise because we do not know in advance which parts are affected. For this reason, we carry out an analysis of the error symptoms of your device.
For this purpose, our technicians will dismantle your machine and prepare a cost estimate (KVA) with the identified faults.
You will receive feedback from us with the costs and you can decide whether you want to have the repair carried out. In this case, the amount for the estimate will be offset against the repair.
Please note that despite careful troubleshooting during the further processing, deviations from the estimated costs may occur. This means that due to unforeseen circumstances, the invoice may deviate by up to 20% from the estimated cost. In any case, you will receive feedback beforehand.
2. How long does the repair or maintenance take?
For brands we sell, such as Astoria, Sanremo, Bezzera, Rocket Espresso, Ascaso, VBM, ECM, Lelit, Quick Mill, which are < 5 years old, we usually have the spare parts in stock or can procure them promptly.
The repair time is approximately 3 weeks . This applies from the date of delivery and does not take into account the shipping route for special spare parts.
If you bring another brand in for repair, our trained staff will also carry out the repair.
Please note that every manufacturer and every machine has its own individual characteristics, which is reflected in the technical analysis and spare parts procurement through increased time and costs.
For devices that are >5 years old, it may also be more difficult to obtain spare parts.
Please allow a longer period of time for implementation than our standard.
3. Where can I drop off my device, do you pick it up?
If you are not sure what the exact defect is, you have the option of bringing your device to us in person after completing the "online pre-registration" .
Collection and redelivery by our technicians can be arranged upon request.

4. Which machines do you repair?
Basically, we repair all classic portafilter coffee machines and coffee grinders. We have most of the spare parts on hand for our main brands, such as: Astoria, Sanremo, Reneka, Bezzera, Rocket Espresso, Ascaso, VBM, ECM, Lelit, Quick Mill, Eureka. Of course, you can also bring branded devices from other manufacturers to us.
No repairs are carried out on devices made by SAGE, GASTRO-Back or similar fully automatic coffee machines.
5. What additional service costs may arise?
- Travel in the Hamburg area (city) = 68€ incl. VAT.
- Travel in the Hamburg area (metropolis) = 88€ including VAT (e.g. Norderstedt, Ahrensburg, Wentdorf etc.)
- Travel in the Hamburg area (surrounding area) up to 200 km = By arrangement and effort
Cost estimate (KVA) flat rate 79€ including VAT for household appliances.
- Cost estimate (KVA) flat rate 179€ including VAT for catering machines.
If you give us a repair order, the flat rate will be charged.
6. Something went wrong, where can I complain?
The many years of experience of our technicians and high-quality spare parts guarantee optimal repairs.
Maintenance and repairs are carried out with the utmost care and according to proven procedures and quality guidelines .
Given the complexity of the technology and the age of components, it is unfortunately not always possible to rule out the possibility of subsequent problems occurring after successful maintenance/repair.
