Delicate highland blend, whole beans 80% Arabica, 20% Robusta
With a particularly high proportion of Arabica beans from the South American coffee plantation Martin. The Martin plantation is a gem in the "golden triangle" of the Colombian Andes. With this fine highland coffee, La Varesina has created a particularly delicate and harmonious espresso coffee blend that has more caffeine than pure Arabica due to the proportion of high-quality Robusta beans and is characterized by a particularly creamy and consistent foam.
The concentrated but still mild aroma comes from the exquisite selection of the best Arabica beans from the Martin plantation and unfolds a uniquely fine and at the same time spicy and harmonious bouquet in the cup. Also a distinct pleasure as an espresso macchiato or cappuccino. Thanks to the light and gentle roasting, a mild and aromatic blend is created that is particularly tasty. A perfect espresso for a small black coffee in between or a harmonious cappuccino.
