The Sanremo 83 OD is characterized by a large, flat 83 mm disc grinder and a constant motor speed of 1350 rpm. The coffee is ground gently but quickly at low temperatures. The dosage is dispensed "just in time" at the touch of a button. The color display shows the grinding temperature and the moisture content of the coffee powder. The dispensed quantity, single or double shot, is electronically checked during each grinding process and the ground coffee is dispensed directly into the portafilter. The dispensed quantity and the grinding level can be easily and continuously adjusted. The grinding process is initiated directly at the touch of a button and always guarantees optimal freshness for the perfect coffee enjoyment.

Coffee is unique

After selecting the coffee beans, it's time to grind them. The degree of grinding is different for each coffee. Filter coffee can be ground coarser because the hot water runs through the coffee grounds much more slowly. Espresso is ground finer because the run-through time combined with higher pressure can release the desired aromas much more quickly. So each coffee has its own perfect degree of grinding.
