Despite its compact dimensions, the little sister of the Rocket Fausto impresses with solid technology with freely programmable grinding time via the touch display and stepless grinding adjustment.

Rocket is a classic manufacturer of high-performance portafilter espresso machines. For the Faustino, Rocket has taken on the know-how of Conti Valerio, the chief developer of Eureka. The aim was to combine the typical Rocket design with very good grinder technology.

Rocket design!

The Rocket Faustino goes perfectly with the Rocket Appartemento. Just like the latter, the side panels are available in the cool Rocket Appartamento look with round color accents in white and copper. For purists, however, there is also a chrome version or an elegant matt black version. The Faustino impresses us with small design details, such as the "R" on the adjustment wheel for adjusting the grinding level and the back with the Rocket emblem.

touch display

The display has the same functions as the large Rocket Fausto, but here on the Faustino it can be controlled by touch. Single and double portions can easily be programmed separately. If the grinder has not been working for a while, the display switches to an economy mode and is fully operational again with just one touch.

Flat disc grinder

With the disc grinder of the Rocket mill, the beans are ground between two grinding discs lying flat on top of each other. With the Faustino, the lower disc is driven by the motor and the other disc is fixed. The distance between the two discs is slightly larger on one side than on the outside. The bean gets between the discs, is broken up by the defined surface of the grinding discs and then transported further to the ejection by centrifugal force. Since the grinding discs are closer together on the outside, the bean is ground ever finer. To adjust the degree of grinding, the distance between the discs is changed.

The Faustino is an extremely compact grinder in a modern Rocket design. It fits perfectly with the Rocket Appartemento, but also with any other espresso machine for the home. The Faustino with the 50 grinding discs is designed for small quantities. Single and double quantities can be programmed via the touch display and easily called up. The grinder developed by Eureka is very robust and durable. In addition to the modern design, we are impressed by the precise, stepless grinding level setting and the programmable grinding quantity via the great touch display. Compact, quiet and modern.
