La Varesina Caffe "Plata" espresso coffee is a selection of various South American Arabica and exquisite Robusta beans from India. This coffee specialty is for lovers of full-bodied, stronger taste. The high Robusta content of 40% ensures a long-lasting crema and an aromatic head of foam compared to other espresso coffees and also impresses with its slightly chocolaty coffee note.
Varesina Plata coffee is ideal for making coffee products that are prepared with milk, as the coffee still has an excellent taste despite the addition of milk or milk foam. Milk in coffee rounds off the typical aromatic bitterness and coffee acids. The Plata espresso harmonizes particularly well here with its pronounced, strong coffee notes and its aromatic crema.
